MacでTexの数式を！LaTeXiTを使えるようになるまで

HomebrewでTexをインストール

MacBookAirにTeXを入れなおした話。| えじの自由帳

1. % brew tap phinze/cask
2. % brew install brew-cask
3. % brew cask install mactex
4. /usr/texbinにパスを通す
5. % sudo tlmgr update --self --all

% brew cask install mactexでエラーが出たので、

% brew cask install mactex

Error: nothing to install

言われた通りのコマンドを実行。

% brew update && brew upgrade brew-cask && brew cleanup && brew cask cleanup

もう一度トライするとなんとかいけたみたい。Sorryとか言われているけど気にしない！

% brew cask install mactex

LaTeXiT

ここからdmgをダウンロードし、.appファイルをアプリケーションにコピー。

LaTeXiT

LaTeXit.appを起動して環境設定を開き、プログラムタブを開いてみるとどうやら先程インストールしたMacTexのディレクトリに設定が通っているようだ。

早速入力欄に数式を打って右下の「LaTeX it!」してみるとこうなった。

上にある数式をドラッグアンドドロップで別アプリケーションに持っていくこともできる。これはすごい。

Texに関しては卒論・修論でこの本にお世話になった。当時は第2版か第3版だった記憶がある。もう第6版にもなっているのね。
